DreamHack Smash Championship
DreamHack is extremely excited to announce the DreamHack Smash Championship 2017 season covering events both in North America and Europe. In total there will be $100,000 on the line in Smash tournaments during our 2017 LAN events. Six events will host Smash tournaments; four in North America (Austin, Atlanta, Montreal and Denver), and two in Sweden (DreamHack Summer and Winter). Alongside this, we are very excited to support both Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U at all the North American events!
Sign Ups & Participating
The DreamHack Smash Championship is open to all – the only requirement is to sign up and have a valid pass to attend DreamHack. In most cases this is a three day event pass, although BYOC visitors are also welcome to participate! You can buy your tickets on our tickets site.

Both the Melee and Wii U tournament will feature a prize pool breakdown of:

- 2nd – $2,000
- 3rd – $1,000

- 5-6th – $500
